Strength AND CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT I USE.

Ian's training sessions vary during different times of the year but as a general rule the concept2 rower, battle ropes and free weights are used.

" When doing weight training I concentrate on the three powerlifting movements Squat, deadlift and bench. These movements give me the foundation for my strength. I also include power cleans occasionally along with functional exercises. I cannot emphasise enough to my student athletes how important strength and conditioning is for any athlete."
